Founded in 2015, MT3 Fitness Limited, is the culmination of over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry by founder Mark Turner.

Mark has 30 years experience in the fitness industry, an advanced fitness coach, British Cycling coach and a wealth of experience at director level of large fitness companies in the UK. He is driven by a passion for fitness, delivering exceptional service and helping to drive clients business forward.
